Job Seekers & Recruiters

In this episode Alexander explains the two ways on how Recruiters get orders and what the job seeker should consider prior to contacting a Recruiter.

  • Recruiters get work orders from marketing candidates (employed candidates mostly).
  • Recruiters get open orders from their clients.

A Job Seeker should be realistic when it comes to marketing.  The Recruiter makes a placement fee, and it really takes someone very special on paper to get that fee.

The best advice I would give to a Candidate who is seeking the help from a Recruiter – contact the Recruiters within your niche.  Your odds will be greater.

All the best,

Alexander
